Try to understand where your ex is

that are going on his or her life and recognize how the relationship may

REMAIN IN CONTROL OF YOURSELF
If you show anger, blaming, shaming,
or contempt they will remember exactly why they chose to leave the
relationship.
Remain calm and in control of your
emotions. Show understanding, patience, charm, and sweetness. After all,
you want them to see the value in being with you...
SHOW YOU HAVE VALUE IN YOURSELF
Stop the begging, crying, pleading,
and hopelessness. Do not call them, send them emails, or instant messages.
It will make you look and feel pathetic, and it will prove to them that you
are of no value to them. If you show them that you have no value without
them, they will only see that you have 'no' value period. You will
only serve to become unattractive in his or her eyes and push them even farther
away from you. Why confirm to them that their decision to leave you was the
right one?
Completely love yourself. Your ex will
only love and respect you if you love and respect you.
GROW, IMPROVE AND MOVE ON
Exercise, change yourself for the better,
improve your health, improve your outlook, improve your mind. Improve your
attitude!
Be and look your best!
Then move on with this new you. Make
them curious. Make them want to meet you all over again.
Remember, you ARE single again. So
get out there and enjoy being free. There is a world of living waiting for
you so have some fun!

person - one they want to be with and one you feel good about. Once you have
